Meta to Give TikTok Creators Up to $50,000 Bonus

While TikTok is in trouble in the US, Meta is said to be on the rise.

While TikTok is struggling in the US, Meta has been launching new products that compete with TikTok and is also taking a toll on creators. Now, Meta-owned Instagram is offering generous bonuses to creators on Reels.

Instagram is offering popular TikTokers $10,000 to $50,000 a month to upload videos to Reels before they can be uploaded to other platforms. That’s a pretty hefty amount.

The rules are that creators must agree not to upload their videos anywhere else for a period of time (which can be months). There is also a Breakthrough Bonus program where creators can earn up to $5,000 if they post on Reels on Facebook and Instagram for three months.

Instagram started the Reels bonus program in 2021. In 2022, there was a payment freeze. Reels also pays well. Some creators earn up to $35,000 a month.

As I heard, if they increase the bonus, creators will continue to grow. The new President Trump has postponed the issue of banning TikTok, so the problem with TikTok and the US is still a stalemate.
