They need to be thoroughly systematic with experts in healing them. In this article, I wanted to share about how you can recover from these injuries, based on a consciousness called Mindfulness.

Some have not dared to marry since being assaulted like that. And if you do, your marriage will be unhappy. Whenever I live with a man, what happened in the past comes back. Back in those days, the scenes came back. The fears I felt back then came back.
◾️Let’s say the perpetrator in juveniles has a unique smell (even if it’s just a smell of alcohol). Or there is some smell in the area where the offense was committed. I smell that big smell when I’m being assaulted. This time, every time I smell the same smell, the unpleasant feeling comes back.
◾️It’s going to bring trauma down, Voice The smell, Taste, Touching Separated by five senses. It’s mostly caused by things that come into contact with what you see. The rest of the voice, The smell, Tastes in a related sense. Senses, so to speak, to recall the past.
Frankly, it’s all about the work of the Saint. He notes the feelings that have happened before. The same condition, Relapse that feeling in related contexts. Of course, it’s not what it is right now. Past issues.
So you know that by dividing the past from the present, It’s very helpful to get out of trauma if you’re going to notice that it’s the actions of the Saint. Mindfulness becomes important for this.
Otherwise, the past and the present tend to be mixed and present. I tend to bring things from the past to the present. I tend to pose the defendant’s sins in the past to another person who has no sin in the present.
◾️The Buddha gave an example of this as being like a man with two spikes. Having a traumatic situation is the first arrow sting. When you don’t heal that wound properly, do the things you do, Problems. It’s like a second arrow sting that you’re constantly burning yourself.
To avoid the first arrow, it is impossible to avoid it altogether. Not because of your own fault, but because it can happen. However, you can afford not to sharpen the second arrow.
◾️The more trauma flashes through the past, the more The worse it gets. As we can divide the past and the present, so can the suffering caused by trauma.
Up a notch, when the mind is calm, love, Compassion Self-compassion comes in. (When you’re angry, you’re the real one. Only you can see well.) I learned to think filler from one side of the aisle. It became acceptable. They were able to let go. These are all mental abilities that are needed to get through trauma.
◾️The precaution here is to separate Mindfulness from Meditation. Mindfulness is about being mindful of present moments and one of the ways we train to become so vigilant is Meditation. It is impossible to make a man who has suffered major trauma and is a man who is a man, sit and meditate. There are also occasional meditations that only worsen the wounds of the past.

◾️It’s not really a major trauma. Heartbroken. I miss you. Decay is also a reminder of the past. I want it to be what it used to be. I want back what I’ve had before. The mind is not in the present, but in the past. I feel more at this point. Mourned. It hurts. Homesickness. Remembering my family, I want to live the life I used to live, It’s all the same ideology.
That’s why even if you still can’t be vigilant, you don’t have to be strong on your own. With some work to focus on, I’m relieved that my mind is back in the past.
◾️It does happen. Say, The father cheated on his mother. Or he was betrayed himself in his previous marriage. I’m so afraid that will happen when I get another. Short pregnancy. Sickening. I’m always in disbelief. You will be abandoned. I’m terrified it’s going to be misleading.

◾️A Wandering mind is an unhappy mind
The scattered mind must not be happy. It must not be peaceful. It’s not going to be clear. If you think too much about the future, you have to worry. It’s also hot because I’m thinking back and forth. That’s why it’s so important to be able to put it right now.
The problem is that it’s the hardest thing to put your mind in the present in three periods. However, we will have to work as hard as we can. Anything of great value is difficult and time-consuming.
