They are diligent, love quality, careful and hardworking. They love the idea of excellence so they can give all in making excellence a possibility. They are able to see beyond the normal thoughts of the crowd, they can dream big, work hard on the small tasks, just to reach the pinnacle.
Empathy
Their empathy is deep and they understand other people better.
With this, they can sense motive from afar. They tend to be intelligent in choosing the right people to be around with because they can dictate your temperament on your first meeting. They’d know if you are the person they can trust with their feelings, or not. Since they care about feelings, they also sense when people care about their feelings, so they don’t surround themselves with people that don’t really care about their feelings, or feelings in a general sense.
Insightfulness
They are better problem solvers than most people. They bring about creative solutions to a given problem. They know how to deal with problems even when it means avoiding confrontation and going another route just to hit hard.
Awareness
They are aware of their environment, what comes in, what goes out, and the amount of things coming in and out. With this they can be easily distracted by what is being done in the environment because they are mostly aware of the things and how the activities affect their feelings. They easily let go of things that wouldn’t help them and focus on productive activities.
